# I see the good side of every option. So I don’t decide.

> Whenever I face an important decision, I find good reasons for every option.

> Leaving my job could give me freedom but costs me security. Staying offers stability but may close other possibilities.

> The more I analyse both sides, the less obvious the decision becomes. Months pass and nothing changes.

### My perspective

Looking at both sides of a decision is healthy.

Nuance matters. WTFT is not about replacing one simplistic answer with another.

Our [perspective on resilience](https://www.wtft.life/the-danger-of-becoming-good-at-coping/) illustrates this: resilience can help us move forward or keep us stuck, depending on what it enables us to continue.

**Where I disagree is when you say: “I never decide.”**

Every day you postpone the decision, you choose the status quo.

That may be the right choice. But it should be evaluated as an option, not treated as the *neutral absence of one*.

Ask yourself:  
**Would I consciously choose my current situation for another year?**

If the answer is yes, stay deliberately.

If it is no, stop allowing the absence of a perfect alternative to decide for you.
